What You’ll Do
As a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst):
Conduct assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans.
Supervise and support behavior technicians delivering therapy.
Train and coach families to reinforce skills at home.
Collaborate with a caring team of professionals to support each child’s growth.
Track progress and adjust programs to ensure success.
What You’ll Do
As an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician):
Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with children.
Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
Use positive reinforcement to encourage learning and reduce challenging behaviors.
Communicate regularly with your BCBA supervisor to ensure high-quality care.
Collect data on behavior, progress, and skill development.

Do I need to be certified to apply?
Yes. For BCBAs, an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification is required. For RBTs, you must hold an active Registered Behavior Technician credential, or be willing to complete training and certification before starting.
Do you offer part-time or flexible schedules?
Absolutely. We offer hourly, part-time, and full-time positions for both BCBAs and RBTs. We’ll work with you to find a schedule that fits your lifestyle.
Where do therapy sessions take place?
Our services are provided in our center, in client homes, and sometimes in community or school settings. You can let us know your preference during the application process.
Do I need prior experience with early intervention?
Experience with early intervention is helpful but not required for either role. We provide training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you succeed.
